I think they have realised, their Cosmic Carbones are 23mm. Maybe it's just*taking a while for the technology to filter down.
ETRTO size: 622x13C
That's a lots narrower than the Zipp's interior width of 16mm.
TB14 interior width is 15.5mm.
Velocity A23 interior width is 17.7mm.

Fellow T-rexee, It was last year where there weren't any spec for the interior width of the TB14 until recently.
Clearly by saying "think" make it a concrete fact.

As far as I'm aware they come in double too.
Yep from Phil. It was £123 including postage. Then I had to pay £25 customs fees. Still think its a bit of a bargain to be honest... Especially considering the rear hub has 110 spacing which is basically impossible to get over here.
