I'd argue against reverse wrap on bullhorns as your hands will naturally move forwards and outwards, this is how the tape should be otherwise (if it isn't super tight) it will curl at the edges

id wrap in the normal direction with some nice black tape, and take the cadence sticker off the seatpost.
