bro I had cages the same shape and I ditched them after 30mins because they'd already fucked up my shoes

you probably won't get that so quick since you don't have such powerful legs as me but it will happen, but don't get plastic (even tho they are better), just get some cages with only a single strip of metal (but still two loops) from e.g. condor

or do buy plastic and sell me the kashimax whatevs

To be fair, I have those BLB metal double cage, and after 3,000km my Vans start to show slight wear on the lips.

Got wheels on. Forgot to buy a sprocket. Fitted pedals and the straps rub quite severely on the cranks. I don't want to ruin my cranks so am going to ditch the whole straps and cages idea. Have fitted atacs. So no completed build tonight. Tomorrow doe. Will be buying cog after work.
