Bought this frame on the forum to build up for my brother, who promptly told me he'd bought an MTB on the cycle-to-work scheme! It's a 1991 Diamond Back branded Centurion frame in Tange O.S. Dont think these were around very long. I've been using it to commute built up with SRAM 10 speed.
