  • Too much information.

I'd be happy with the jersey, but I reckon the riders don't have lots of choice, the sponsors want it, the bike manufacturers want it.

I like chava's bike though, orange like mine. Orange is the best colour for bikes.

  • I thought they were going to chuck you off for the bus

That was feeble trolling from some of the noobs.

  • Lol it was Gerrans that got you the tdf win, should have stuck him in the bunch sprints not Goss, might have won more.

He's better when it's bumpy not flat out. Gossy's still up there on the fast ones when he's not making sweet, sweet love to a barrier.

Up there, just behind the fast ones usually.

  • i like sagans special dance when he comes second in the final sprint

that angry face he makes and the way he bashes his handle bars ... wonder how long it took him to think of that one !

you would have thought he would try something new though ... the dances for his stage victories in the past have always shown a bit of imagination

come on sagan you can do better ... in many respects

It's not exactly uncommon to have a totally dominant sprinter for a few years that none of the others can touch. The fact he was consistently in the top 3 makes him one of the fastest in the world but he's unlikely to get one over Cav when Cav's firing on all cylinders. That's just the way it is.

  • Sagan has to win something before he can do the robot or macarena or whatever. He doesn't seem to have last year's form though.. which is good for us.. :)

Perhaps some sort of Bruce Banner/Hulk moment where he rips his jersey off in a fury?

  • Didn't he already try and rip off his jersey.. using the road? :)

  • I bet you'd like that, you saucy bastard

Thing is with Gossy he's a bit like Andy Murray: good. but there's better. First Cav, then Greipel, then Sagan and now Kittel. I like Goss and would actually love to see him win a tdf stage, god knows he's been trying long enough. But while he doesn't he brilliant to laugh at.

  • You mean: "he's good - but the other guys have better training programmes" right?

  • I'm looking at this page and just want to make sure I've understood it right.

"... Number of Stages won by the rider:
    Mark Cavendish
    Over 2,5
    Under 2,5 ..."

So the critical moment is at 3 wins?

Correct, you need 3 to win (if backing Over)...

  • tweets are saying there's a fair bit of police activity in the team area and SaxoBank haven't been warming up for the TT

  • Colour me surprised....

    Who's Andy Murray?

I just told someone at work they might be on for a quick ride. Didn't realise it'd be a quick ride to the police station in the back of a van.

  • Who's Andy Murray?
    COME ON TIM!!!!!

    olcl

A solitary tweet from a forumite's spoof account doesn't constitute a reliable source.

  • "bus is right by pedestrian gangway but v quiet. Surely a false alarm from me."

  • "it's surely a false alarm people. Sorry. Now calm down!!"

  • Release the HOUNDS!

  • Woof..... woof? Bark....... woof...! Fuck it, think I'll just run across this road in front of all these people with wheels for legs, looks like fun. maybe they want to play? Maybe they've got treats..........and a ball....... and treats?
