True... to a certain extent. Valverde on his own wouldn't stand a chance. Constant attacks from all the GC riders in turn - all stage on every stage - just might; you certainly see it working on the track (Madison/6-day racing), and frankly I can't see why it wouldn't on the road.

Go to the Reej. They'll put the cycling on the big TV in the corner, which is out of the way and has a big table everyone can sit at. If you want I'll talk to the manager this afternoon to get him to book the table and remember to put the TV on. (not that there's much chance of it being used).
