That's all well and good but it doesn't help us see what kind of an animal he looks like, does it?

I met someone who looks exactly like the cowardly lion from the wizard of oz the other week.

Was it Kittel who admitted pooing himself due to his dicky tummy during last year's Tour?
That was Greg Lemond...

He's also by far the biggest rider in the peloton. (Magnus Backstedt is retired right)
Kittel is 189cm, Froome is 186cm and I am 190cm (6'3") which means that Marcel's bike would fit me Yay!

Hippy is clearly right, Frome is legit.
Frome is legit. It's a pretty little town in Somerset with a silly bike race.

Fuck.
Anyone got a decent Highlights link for yesterday that will work outside Europe? SBS appears to have conked out on me :(
-
• #2459
It will be on Eurosport again before the Live coverage starts. Can you get Eurosport?

No.
Unless I go and hang out with my 85 year old mother in law.
So that's a definite no...

Fortunately Hippy pays someone to look at his power data for him so he can ask them what the relevance of 411 NP at 0.96 IF is. :)

pay for eurosport player? msnbc highlights are normally on steephill.tv (not very good tho) or you could just search youtube, enthusiasts put em up pretty quick. Or pay for something like Netshade to mask your ip and you can watch whatever you want...

Hey. Thursday, July 18th. Alpe D'Huez.
We should all convene somewhere and drink beer and watch the stage. Like the olden dayzzz

I've got a hunch about something Sky have done this season which may give Froome a slight edge in the mountains. It's got fuck all to do with anything training peaks are banging on about.

Yes. Do you have anywhere in mind?

Just heard on the humansinvent.com podcast (around 25 mins in) that EBH intends to continue. That was recorded last night, so might not be the case this morning.

Lol, it's like a bullshit bingo card for when you're talking to wannabe performance coaches.

Bingo!
And wannabe time trialists.
Are you sure HTFU isn't trademarked by training peaks and doesn't actually mean 'harden the fuck up' at all?
It's probably something like 'Heartrate Training Force Units' so it's merely reminding you to establish your training zones and not (as the naive are led to believe) that it's some measure of implied toughness similar to that displayed by Mr T sitting on a tank and instructing you to "get some nuts!".

DB's holding his family hostage, with explosives rigged to detonate in the event of him not winning?
Yup, amongst other reasons to like him...
