- Replace stem with a nicer mtb stem (including a clamp that fits the bar size)
- Find a saddle that actually matches the colour scheme (black/orange Charge - ordered)
- Paint the rear rim black
- Take cranks back to raw
- Let Gaston and scoble be the final arbiters of the build
- Tape over the stickers
- Colour ALL the orange bits black (except maybe the headset)
- mudguards?
- Get it in the bin
- Just learn to love it.
- Then bin it.

The Maurice have a horizontal top tube.
The saddle doesn't seemed to be in align with the top tube.
If you have to ride at that angle - the saddle is too high.

From a different angle. -

still constant downhill

Ok.

Seems okay to me. Nose slightly up would make a little different I guess.

if it's like this, even slightly, it mean you don't fit on it well.
it's either level, or nose slightly up.

Change the gear ratio to 40 gear inches, then come to polo

In my rather feeble defence, I have also put tape around the stickers, but still, fair point.
I promise I'll get on with it as soon as work allows.

I've tried it, and I know what you're saying makes sense, but I have a medical problem you really don't want to know the details of (and if you did I wouldn't tell you!) that makes it more comfortable to have it like this.
But because you're the arbiter of this build, I'll give it another go and see how it feels.

I'll hopefully be coming to polo next week, but I'm not sure if I want to do it on this bike as it's my lifeline for commuting.
