  • Thanks man, yeah I was supprised how easy it was to get used to, I will keep at the stretching.

And yeah I have to admit all this talk of yoga really helping out with flexibility does sound appealing, im not that flexible at all. :)

  • Aye, not just flexibility but strength as well, I need to get into it...

Just not looking forward to going along and being hopeless to begin with.

  • i love your bike!

  • George could you please tilt the bars 1 or 2 degress so that the ramp lines are inline with the stem to achieve perfection?
sorry but its just killing me!

  • Don't do it...

Being comfortable on your bike > aesthetics

  • Thanks boys, i didn't even notice the bar angle until i took the pics, 1000aa i will adjust asap. ;)

  • Now I've got the plate out of my collarbone I'm hoping to give yoga or pilates a go.

    Totally worth it.

Would be worth stretching your hamstring muscle, I used to ride on the hood all the time, but very comfortably ride in the drop a lots after some hamstring stretching that going back on the hood feel ridiculously upright.

  • I got this today. :)

Just have to build the wheels and bolt it together. It will be my nice bike, the Vivalo will stay as my everyday bike.

  • Built this up on Saturday, very happy with it! Few more adjustments to be made, feels very comfortable though.

  • Really like that mate, always had a soft spot for them and still toying with the idea of getting one at some point.. Those Goldtec Pro hubs?

  • Needs black nipples! Other than that..jealous!

  • nice.

I miss my mash a little.

  • I know Jake you are right, it is made much worse by it being leant against a black wall though!

TM it was all the great reviews on here that convinced me to get one. Very happy so far, just need to put some miles on it now.

Nice pic with hed 3 to follow. :)

Thanks, yeah i always liked them despite how many of them you see online. They are Phil wood hubs.

  • Few more shiney bit i would like, like a phil cog, and some compact drops, otherwise its done. Very happy (:

  • Awesome mate, so jelly. What size is it? I have a PW lockring if you want for a final touch ;)

Thanks man, its a size small. Its one of few frames that come in my size that i like aesthetically. Thanks for the offer, i have the PW hub & lockring, i just need the cog now. :)

  • It does actually look really good in that size, I think you're right that not many smaller sized frames retain the aesthetics. No worries, hope you find the cog and post some more pics :) I want one again now!!

  • Yeah you should get one, this will probably be on daily duty now that the weather is better.

  • You're a bad influence sir.... Where'd u get yours?

  • Haha, I got it from triton cycles, they were the cheapest around.

  • Not all went to plan today but i got some riding in and the bike was brilliant, i did around 47 miles all in according to strava. I came to the conclusion i need a slightly longer stem, i think i will try an 80mm with the bullhorns instead of the 70mm in the above pic, and i also need some padded shorts.

  • and i also need some padded shorts.

    Well duh!

    this all on the Histo?

  • Yeah all on the mash, I knew I needed them tbh, i just ran out of money a little. :)
The zoncolan is suprisingly comfy though, no sore ness when I was riding on Sunday.
