BikeHubStore said they are making a fixed gear hub at some point. Might be worth dropping them an email to see when they are planning on getting them done?

Customised axle on a disk hub but you're being lazy.Learn to press F5 before posting. -
• #2658
lazy is not the reason - experience and sourcing are
-
• #2659
plus if you remember back at the beginning i said no to highly modified parts. Im still within those requirement.

american classic disc 130 is, as the name suggests, 130g. and you can get ceramic bearings for it, is that a bit heavy?
-
• #2662
Nope. That'd do nicely.
-
• #2663
get a Ti axle made up for it, and a get a normal threaded Ti cog drilled to fit on the disc mount?
-
• #2664
With an AC 58 front hub and your choice of light QR to match.
-

Track hubs are heavy as sin, this is a really good place to shave some weight:

sprocket
seatpost/saddle
pedals
wheelsLooks like you have Ultimate and not KCNC seatpost? Carbon or alloy? Just asking as if I was going to change my USE Sumo carbon with the KCNC Ti Pro Lite alloy would that affect the ride quality? Ideally I need a more inline post.

It's a bit in need of a custom axle, which seems to have been ruled out.

I was planning to put two pedals on, but at the exact moment I was about to put the second one on I heard a Saffa cry from downstairs about going to the bedroom, so I panicked and hid behind the door.
Fortunately he then disappeared into the bathroom, so I made good my escape.
Not long after that he fell asleep on the bed with his clothes on, dreaming of chainring failures...
Is that actually your bed, Iain?
