For carbon fork steerers, allow 5-6g per 10mm cut off

Just weighed an offcut of Enve 2 fork .. 115mm long = 37.2g so Enve's 2 carbon layup is 3.2g/10mm

Light, but they'd last about 500 miles on CB's back wheel. Race day tyre only.

I would go for the schwalbe ultremo zlx, proper modern tyre and only 20g more.

That's just what integrated headsets weigh. The lighter options are not worth the hassle.
