I know a few people who've gone for power on their training bike (rather than race bike).
Including a Trek onepointsomething with an SRM !!!

Fair play! I think you need it on both to get the full value. Most of my club only have it on their training bikes saying that. And then they wander why they can't replicate their strava race power numbers in training!

that is fucking appalling. He may be dynamite on a bike, but off it....

The two red spokes are a nice touch.

To be fair, the rest of the cannondale/dsc bikes look alright

Sagan's bike is horrendous. The rest aren't quite as bad, but they're hardly the most attractive bikes in the peloton
Bring back Cannondale-Saeco!

If you think Sagan's bike is bad, look at the official kit you can get on his website:

I'm lost for words
That looks like the clothing equivalent of a fine combination of syphilis & fart stains
Truly, truly woeful

ChrisMGS - how do you like the wheels? DT spokes?
-
• #965
They're nice, but I can't really compare to anything else, as I've mainly used Open Pro rims. Seem solid, fast and reliable without being too pricey. Yep, DT Swiss spokes front and back, and Hope Pro 3 hubs. Rims are the ceramic version, too.

Nice. Welcome to the BBQ black club.

Looks awesome Chris, very tidy. So wish I had a normal proportioned body to use normal bike with set back post. sigh
Colour matching pretty, impressively tasteful, and somehow manages to not look like you're trying to hard too.

Still waitin on the wheelset (got some Paselas as well), but it feels good to finally ride for enjoyment rather than transport. Also really enjoying the benefits of clipless. Really feelin it in the calves.

I promise proper photos when the sparkly new wheelset is installed.

Thanks pal. Appreciate the nice words. Still getting used to the set back and new saddle, and 120mm stem. Certainly feels more stretched-out than the old Peugeot, but that has narrower bars, and a shorter stem. Might go for a bike fit at some point just to make sure it's all dialled-in correctly.
Took it out today for the first proper ride. Was lots of fun, and fast, but must remember to take more fluids and food next time. Got half way, ran out, and then was struggling in the heat. Never tried gels before either, but the Torq ones sound quite nice.
