I'm running 25mm tyres comfortably on my 54cm caad. Which (cough) is for sale btw see classifieds.

I know, I meant at the front and back of the bike, as in around both tyres.

When is the best time to buy 2015 bikes? Tempted by a CAAD 10 track.

Hargroves have it at just under £1k at the moment, not sure if it'll get better than that?

There's a 54cm ex-display on eBay for £870

Annoyingly i think the 25mm tyres ride better, i wondered if some more modern wider rims would help

If you wanna ride it like a road bike, 54 would fit fine as long you don't mind spacers.

@edscoble really? I'm 6ft 1" and ride 58 Road, how would a 54 compute? 56 maybe...

Only 20mm reach difference - exchanging your 110mm stem to a 130mm on a 54.

Ordered some green R45s to build up for the Caad10. But now all of the Ano green carbon ti parts on Evo imports are trying to murder by bank account...

Here is my recently built up CAAD9, just bought the frameset & crank from @Howard. Nothing special but going to upgrade to 6800 and hopefully some nicer wheels next year!

What's the largest tyre someone has squeezed in to the back of their Supersix? I'm sizing up 27c Ovep Pave's but I'm a bit worried, especially with my hope to get some guards in there.

I'd like to know this too, minus the mudguards

Was it already tight with 25mm as it is?

Stick to 25mm OP.

I probably will, but I think I could get at least 28s in there without much hassle.

If you're on wide rims, they measured exactly at 28mm on 19mm internal width rims (27c Open Pave).

Wouldn't think 27 and guards would fit.

Took this out for its first spin this morning, really like SRAM so far.
