If it were to void the warranty, I would insist they replace the whole bike.

CSG sent my Cannondale without a front wheel in the box. I called them up for a wheel and they just sent me a new bike.

Quite normal, if the box is not completed/damaged, you have to send it back and get another one, even if it's just missing the handlebar tape.

I love it beat up like that and was trying to stick to the theme with used parts. except for the shiny mack hubs of course.

white bar tape will lose its brightness in time so it'll match the ka$himax straps. will add some bar end plugs, maybe two wine bottle corks or smthng..

Also if anyone has a caad6 (road) in 56- the gun metal kind- like dazA was selling.... I'd be interested... Favourite cannondale by far.

it's fast, stiff and accelerates suddently; first you pedal hard and don't seem to get speed and in an instant you're going fast. Can't keep my eyes of it either.. ;)

Can you fill me in? I bought this bike, made a few modifications before I moved abroad and haven't touched it. Recently returned home and looking to sell.

^ since Cannondale Track is rare as hen's teeth and Cannondale have moved there production post caad 9 (on which this frame is based on) to taiwan making this their last American made track frame; there have been 2 recent (and tasty) reincarnations by Dammit and Jambon (who post in this thread regularly) of this bike so if you advertise I'd imagine it will get sold withing 24h considering its priced well.
