taped my bars today in double layer of Velox black cotton tape. same as newbaums to be perfectly honest.
Good to know for the future (it's much cheaper), but I wanted brown tape for the Bob anyway.

Brown look similar, think they're not 100% the same, but if I'm going for a plain colour, I'd go for Velox.
Velox bar end plugs however, are fantastic.
