I have been informed by my LBS that a large Lo-Pro shaped package has arrived for me, i'll go collect it after works and take some photos tonight.

Yup, any bike related parcels I have that I know will be to big to fit through my letter box get sent there. Its a great agreement, i haven't got to schlep over to the parcel depot and they get a packet of biscuits in thanks

No it is not, and this is a perfect example of why you use make the effort to give your business to your non chain lbs. If you ask nicely they too might do kind things for you.
