Dear Miss Oram,

With regret we have to inform you that we will have to cancel your booking next week because of the persistant heavy rainfall that we have had over the last month. The poor weather is continuing into next week and the weekend, so the ground will be too waterlogged for the tipis to be put up and used.

We are very sorry that this is the case, and we were hoping that the weather would improve before next weekend, but this is looking extremely unlikely.

Because of this, we can offer two options:

1. Refund fully the money paid via PayPal or a cheque.

hmmm, if the weather is looking that crap, maybe not the best weekend to do a cycle & camping trip?
I imagine all the hostels and accommodation would be booked out by now as well anyway?

Don't all get a refund on trains yet. Let's have a look at our options. Am not at a computer at the moment.

Guys I've had a look for alternative accommodation and there's nothing super cheap that's immediately obvious.

I suggest that we do our own Randonnee at some other time when the weather improves.

What do you all think?
