What's going on in the Poloverse

My amazing GF made me a BikePolo cake, handmade bikes (of unusual construction & geometry) included! Will be using it as bait to lure people out into the rain tomorrow to play.

Well it worked, it was raining sideways, about 1-2C, yet 6 people turned up and much polo was played.

Apparently Sardinia has a polo scene, heard from a pretty reliable source.

we decided it was best to only have 5 in a team so that everyone plays: 7 people per team with 30 min games = some very annoyed people.

How are you traveling? Flights look stupid expensive

Stansted flights on the Wednesday or Friday for under £100 including Monday return on ryanair actually.

just play three on your team? half an hour every 3 hours or so isn't much to deal with. league games are 45m after all. just call a time out after 15m if you need a quick break.
