It's not quite baby rabbit season yet, is it, on the Brixton Lane section?
if no one gives the answer, are you gonna do it by yourself or what?

its all about this.

Not riding in a group turns the backstop into a broom wagon.

My no gears rule still stands
BOOM!

Seriously though, I would definitely have thought more than twice about whether I "should" come on a TNRC ride for the first time if I hadn't been allowed to bring gears. Glad I did.
I'm new though, so feel free to disregard.

If we get to a point where the geared outweigh the fixed, it will be time to split the rides; for the sake of cohesion. Last year the split was me/everyone else, but there you go. I had fun, and my rides were quicker and better organized. The conversation was a little odd though.

If you ride a geared bike to a TNRC, apparently two kittens die.
Shame, that, because I'll be on a geared bike. Apologies, obviously, but I'm still regaining confidence at the minute and the next TNRC is a bit of a test run.
If anyone wants me (they won't), I'll be at the back (promise), occasionally staring at a Garmin (again, apologies).
