Ace work Neil!

£33 each for 6 months (22 Thursdays) of Polo!

So Neil can raise the £330 and get the contract and keys asap,
I think it would be good if 10 polo players could pay in advance to make it loads easier with no 'debt collectors', who is up for that?
(maybe for end of September when everyone gets paid/student loans etc)

I think for any less regular or new players we get, if we had some kind of piggy bank and asked them to chip in/donate £1.50ish, then we can use this to go towards the following 6 months hire. What do you think?

most organisations iv been to, like badminton and martial arts, have the first/second session free then from then on you pay subs, usually monthly, think us regulars should pay in advance (hopefully 10 of us) to pay off the bill then money from new people is money in the bank for mhbpa

i'll be there from 5.30, can't make it any earlier coz of work. if someone can check whether powerhouse is unlocked on their way to whit, maybe we could move there if whit's too slippy? i wouldn't mind trying the carpark as a last resort but think getting kicked out could potentially put newbies off coming back...

also, if we do end up playing at powerhouse, showing new people a potential dedicated court could be a major plus point.
