Potential court just down the road from Sandbar.... gonna go investigate in a mo'.... will report back.... maybe we could play there tonight if it's gonna be free...?

What time do we wanna start tonight? i wanted to try and check out the degree shows at the Met, Rich has a show there...... think liams out as well... sandbar will be rammed later on with studes.....

Well I've just text people saying 6pm at whitworth, but i can meet people there if this new court is any good.

Here's the deal: Owned by Salvation Army but can be used by anyone, costs £10 per hour to use, at the moment it's used Mon & Weds nights, it's floodlit...

The guy i spoke to about it wasn't phased when i explained we didn't want to play football on it, he just wanted to know if it damaged the surface (which it doesn't) he said as it's never been played there before we'd need to do a health and safety risk assessment....

That's it folks... could be worth bearing in mind once the nights start drawing in.... Or we could discuss getting a subsidised rate if we did some sort of (Monthly?) Bike Polo taster for the local 'Yoot'.... ?

Perfect court for winter. The money won't be a problem because we'll always be able to split it at least 6 ways for a couple of hours. I wonder what the deal is with drinking and being noisy though? Looks like housing round one side?

Drinking might be an issue seeing as they deal with Alky's there, but do we make much more noise than a bunch of lads playing 5-a-side...? don't think so....
