Just been reminded of a steampunk meet I'm running on Sunday so I'm not going to be able to come, should be down on Thursday in the week, come rain, shine or near fatal collision.

No crash happened, just predicting the crash that will inevitably come to stop me going to polo on Thursday. Or I might bugger my fingers again at work, but eh, it's the price you pay for working in a cold/leaky yet rather enjoyable bike shop. Just need more jumpers tbh.

Right, I'm gonna pay for a team for Bristol today. I guess Adam and I can pay for both and you can sort us out or I'll pay for 1 and we'll forward you the email with payment details, it's just a paypal address and then sending Adi an email with some team details afterwards. Team names would be good but not essential, I doubt changing them is a problem. Also MCR No0bZ should pay up, think Nate is unaware of paypal and couldn't attach enough pound notes to his carrier pigeon so Drew or Emma will need to sort out.

Transport wise I think the following is happening, correct me if I'm wrong.

That leave room for Scott in the dadmobile, bike wise Ste's got a nice rack (3 bikes?) Neil can take 4 bikes in his van/car, Chan can fit 2 in his car. And Schoey can squeeze 1 in the back of his beetle. If Salmon isn't taking a bike a Schoey's got a board instead then that covers everyone I think. Not sure if Scott would need bike space as he lives miles away but should be arrangeable.

Can someone take emma's bike so we have more room? Also, can I borrow a sat nav from someone?

Not really, with 3 people it'd be uncomfortable. Am taking mine, and Emma and Sal (bikeless) so if Emma could arrange her bike to be hauled down on another car that'll make our journey comfier

I think if scott is bikeless if he comes there would be room, but that would mean picking him up and dropping him off at his place. Or if schoey takes his brothers car, although I think he wanted to give his beetle a long run out. Could you take Mirek's nice rack? I've only got phone satnav, one of the 3 in your car will have the same though won't they?

OK, Schoey is a maybe so we won't include him in Transport for now, means 4 bikes with Neil, Ste's rack could take 4 minus wheels on Nate's, 1 bike in Chan's or maybe spread the bikes out a bit more if he can get a rack.

the rack doesnt really work that well with my boot, thats why i never offered or mentioned that i'd take a rack or 2 bikes.

OK, we should be able to fit 4 on both of the others then, would mean Emma would need to get her bike to Nate's before the Friday night. If Scott's coming then maybe he can leave his bike at Nate's house?
