  • That's my 2012: total of 3,337 miles.

  • 1,438 miles since I started logging in August. I really need to get on the bike for more than just commuting.

  • How's that done?

Then a screen capture. Someone else may know a more elegant way of doing it.

  • Really like that actually. Shows me which roads I've missed out in surrey/kent.

  • I would have said a pair of balls. Old man balls to be exact.

It's on my to-do list for 2013 to Strava a picture. Not a cock and balls....

  • North of London needs more love on this thread. Here's what I've mainly got done by around noon on Sundays during 2012:

That's an excellent idea. I might have to try this too.

  • LFGSS cock and balls ride.
    In.

  • Very envious of BMMF's map. Just don't have the strength or appetite to knock out such long solo rides. A bit sick to death of the standard routes out of London into Essex. Think I may start catching the train out or back on some rides this year.

  • only really about 7 months worth as i broke my garmin/lost enthusiasm for long rides

  • Just set mine in motion for the whole of 2012- I suspect it's going to be much, much duller than everyone elses.

  • Does anyone use strava on a windows 7 phone?

  • Just uploaded a turbo session from yesterday and a short lunchtime spin today. As it's the first 2 days of the year I noticed that it only added the mileage on the road to my "year to date" total. I wouldn't normally notice this, but as they're the only 2 rides of the year so far it was obvious. I use Strava to log my miles on the bike and would have expected it to include turbo miles. It's no big deal but I thought I'd share that as others may have assumed incorrectly that turbo miles count to the totals, which they don't.

  • To be fair to Strava, turbo miles aren't miles.

  • Turbo miles are multimiles.

  • Particularly when you have a magnet on every spoke.

  • I think I'm winning the "draw a cock and balls" contest.

I noticed this today too. What's strange is that whilst the miles aren't added to the year-to-date, they are included in my 'Strava Cycling Base Mile Blast' effort.

  • ^ Astonishing user name

  • I can only assume it refers to those magnetic collars that pets wear to let them through door flaps. Either that or he's a terrible mysoginyst. Or something else.

  • Bitch magnet were a pretty good band. Bassist Sooyoung Park was also in Seam, who were massively under rated, or at least relatively unknown.

And yeah BM, the Turdo miles registered in my weekly total but not the year to date. Odd. I love the idea of multiple magnets on the back wheel for free speed. This is a very magnety post :-)
