I've just joined this after edmundro put me on to it (had the app on my phone for a year never used it). Looking forward to winning some sections.

I'm collecting all my commutes because I'm planning a fun little infographic / art project once I've recorded a few hundred.

It turned out a lot less fun, and a lot more boring than I expected and...

You can't really see anything unless it's full screen and HD, and I still need to add trails, but...

fucksticks, had some ok segments on my commute, select "create privacy zone", best segments inside privacy zones are now deleted. cannot reupload the rides. balls.

How do you put what bike you have used on a particular ride?

I have saved three bikes onto Strava now, but whenever I upload a ride, the only option I have is to add another new one rather than allocate an existing bike to a ride. Where am I going wrong?

just save it, then edit ride and switch bike

Agggghhhh.....buried myself in Richmond Park this morning, only for Strava to show that I actually rode an RP-shaped route around Houslow. WTF? Is this the gods of Mars messing with our satellites in response to us disturbing their peace....?

They would have "done a Sparky" and stitched a bunch of raw files together in a text editor by hand to produce a single monster journey that they could upload to Strava manually.

App on a phone because I am too tight to shell out for a Garmin mount on the MTB. There probably lies my problem....
