Moskovskaya - Best vodka ever, nearly hangover free. Good sipping vodka neat and from the freezer.

Turns viscous and syrupy after a long chilling then frosts across the top. Lovely.

Got us some grey goose from France. What a difference a tenner makes. Thick when chilled going down a treat

I meant the blade of bison grass from the bottle had no flavour. Perhaps all it's taste was infused in the spirit.

I like GG but when consumed in over the top amounts makes me vomit and feel like death for 2 days after. Not great!

Hangover this morning

I was ok this morning, just a bit dehydrated and slow.

No vodka tonight. A couple of pints of organic pitfield ale at the duke of cambridge. We finished the whole bottle of GG hence the headache. Will seek out something new for next weekend.

Non-flavoured vodka is the least interesting spirit of all, it is essentially alcohol and water, there is nothing in it's production process that could make one better quality than the other, so you may as well buy the cheapest.....it's not whisky....the only difference between any of them is alcohol content and the amount of money spent on packaging and marketing.

there are so many differences. potato/wheat/etc
triple distilled/double distilled/etc
even the water matters, this is why you can for example taste the difference between finlandia and other vodkas [glacial water]
oh, and next time I will be in Poland, I will bring you one bottle of Arctica. one of our cheapest vodkas. And you will revise your statements:)

Snow Queen, a duty free favourite and smooth enough to enjoy neat. It beat GG in my accidental freezer test and got 'syrupy' at best whilst the GG had crystalised. Cool story, I know...
