I'd be interested to know what constitutes 'pressure' from the team against the race organisers.

Surely all the organisers had to do was say, 'if you don't like the rules you can fuck off.'

Seems like they might have preferred an Aussie team to win...

The Comms allowed it, how is it cheating?

If you think that was a fair decision then you're even more one-eyed than I thought! They made a decision an hour before the start, after 'pressure' from Green Edge, and the Chief Commisaire wasn't even sure if all the teams were informed of the decision before racing started.

Who said fair? You said "cheating".

Is it fair that some teams have millions of dollars to spend on better bikes, better testing, better drugs than the others? No.

I said cheating to get you to bite.

Anyway, onto more important matters, does this make you think the cheating little bastard is going to get off?

I wouldn't lay a penny against him getting off. I'm almost certain he'll be cleared. They were talking about changing the law in the middle of last year to allow microscopic amounts of clenbuterol to be allowed in samples, which wouldn't even have been discussed if it wasn't for this case.
It's convenient for the people who run the sport for this case to go away, and I think that's what will happen, regardless of his guilt.
He'll be back winning the Giro soon, pointing dick-fingers at the camera and grinning like Richard fucking Clayderman.
