  • He's been charged with doping, which is different from being investigated.

Charged? I didn't realise. I have been too busy whining about Redknapp's departure.
I'll read up on this news....

  • Apparently Rebekah Brooks sent him a text saying "We're in this together".

  • Flat track bully. (TM AndyP)

Don't hate the Sagan, look into those mono-browed puppy dog eyes, look at them!

  • I love Peter Sagan.

He is the new Gilbert, Kelly, Merckx, Van Looy (strike as appropriate).

  • He is the new Edvald Boassen Hagen.

  • I think it'll be interesting to see how he fares at the Tour. He was meant to be a dead cert to win a monument in the spring and, whilst he did well, he came up short when he went head to head against the top names. Does he have enough to beat the likes of Cavendish, Greipel, Goss, Kittel et al in the Tour? How will he fare in tougher finishes against the likes of Gilbert, EBH etc?

  • Awesome pic from the Giro, sent by the Giro to Sky

  • Awesome pic from the Giro, sent by Rodriguez to Cav

  • ha!

  • The TV cameras need to adopt a similar angle

  • wow. Frank actually attacked in the TdS today.

Da Costa did well to hold until the last 3km on but can't see him doing it again tomorrow...

  • A very interesting photo

  • I'm still in shock that Cavendish was even there to contest the finish. The stage went through the Ardennes, including the Cote du Rosier and La Redoute, two classic climbs from Liege-Bastogne-Liege, and the final kilometre was uphill.

Doesn't he know he's meant to get dropped on speed bumps?

  • That's my point with that pic; he had no right to be in the frame at all like you said.

Was up La Redoute 3x I think?

Looks like he's taking the Olympics super serious; Cav v2.0?

  • He's lost some weight, maybe he'll turn out a more all round rider, starting with the Olymics (how about the home advantage!). Well done to hang on to the yellow jersey in this sort of course

  • Stopped eating pies and started doping.

    What home advantage?

  • not fishing, I just figured he'd be extra proud to get the title in his home country, and wouldn't he be the one the crowds cheer for most? I think his motivation is very very high and a s said earlier I wouldn't be surrised if he'd quit the TdF halfway to be at his best in London

  • Cav wins from Boom, impressive stuff

  • nice one cav
