BMC third fastest, amazing ride given that they had to wait for Phinney twice.

why were garmin riding for Navarduskas when rasmussen was ahead of him on GC?

Because Rasmussen got dropped, which may have been planned, well before the finish.

Garmin are obsessed with TTTs.

Harmon thought Rasmussen had been dropped. Was that right?

Think Garmin do the right thing focussing on TTTs, but you would think that would translate into better support for Farrar as well which doesnt seem to materialise.
