There's pictures up of the new LOW frames, smooth welds and faced track ends. They look good but I liked the messy welding too.

i'm a big fan of a quick ball cupping. things get real uncomfrotable/comfortable real quick. u learn a lot from the one who is being cupped.

i think that in low's case, custom does not mean quite the same as custom from mercian or such like, it might refer more to the colourway than the dimensions. that argument aside, I think it looks great
