Tips on making this more of an awesome shine bike while still being a good racer?
Don't want to spend an extreme amount of money.

Tires have been swapped for GP4k, , got a few more cards in my rear wheel. thinking about replacing SPD for SPD-SL.

Burn those spokecards.
Black thomson seatpost with better horizontal saddle angle.
Dump the front brakes.
Normal coloured chain and tyres.

There is one with an even nicer build than that somewhere. The ht isn't a deal breaker, the wishbone stays are really cool on those too.

72' headtube and rake on the forks is on the generous side of 40mm I think. Almost looks like no overlap
