Hopefully picking it up this week!
:) niceone geez.
Yeah that will look proper rad.
I'm considering getting a set of those external bb On-one chainsets and powdercoating it.
But I should probably just buy Nuno's pista cranks... -

Does this look like a leader?!

those wheels and mudguards are surely the bike equivalent of going double denim, with the shirt tucked in and crisp creases ironed into the jeans

That must be why it looks so damn good

It looks like a Pro Lite with added nose cone (which is probably not beneficial at all, I wish Tester read this topic, he would know)

Of course it's not beneficial! It's only even slightly useful if you are in a closed environment like a track, trying to shave milliseconds off of your hour record... kind of the same thing with more than one gear, i don't see the use for those either.
It works on the street for me though, it makes me want to go faster.

Ha! i bet you don't live in highgate

No, but I ride in the Alps a fair bit and done London to Paris a few times... all on one gear ratio. Even if I did live in Highgate, I'd still make the effort to only use one gear ratio!!

That's what I mean, I don't even think this is true.

46x17?

So, why do you think that Louis Garneau would put a nose cone on a time trial racing frame at all then?!

46x17?
on the Garneau, yes.
On my other bikes...

with all respect due, I think I prefer the classy look of thin tubes over this faux-aero look. but thats me.
-

I have gears in my legs, otherwise I would not be able to get up and walk, then start running... or stop for that matter.

I like the best of both worlds, that's why some of my other bikes have traditional style tubing. All tubes are Aero, some more than others.
