They do have alu break surface, it's disguised with the classic black elecy tape with a nice photoshop carbon effect.

I'm thinking about doing that to mine but with a 3M DI-NOC vinyl I just don't know if it will match the weave pattern

^^^You could've got the front clearance much tighter if you spent a couple more minutes going through the details.

The specialized I have looks like 4k weave so that should be fine

He's right; it is too big for you. Unless you have the arms of an ape - which, judging by the (nonexistent) length of your stem, you do not.
