I'm not so sure - I looked the Leader S805s up and it seems they have a forty-four millimetre rake. The one on the Samoylov looks like thirty at most.

Agreed. Shape is right. Rake is not. Also looks like that could be 1 inch. Think leader are all 1 1/8.

There are a few 1" threaded leaded s805s on fleabay but I've never actually seen a them in the leader product catalog or anything. Seems unlikely that youd put cheap leader junk on a nice bike like that though.
