twist+solder then surround in a bit of hot glue to give some protection against vibration before sealing it with heat shrink?
-
• #528
that's how I make up harnesses for robots when they will move - not full on jolty vibration but they stand up to 3-4 hrs constant movement a day for a few years, can't see it failing ?

Battery cable runs in via a hole in the bottom bracket, runs around the inside the shell using a Tesco yoghurt pot to hold the wire away from the axle, then up the seat tube. The battery is in the seatpost
Ask Scherrit how long that cable hiding really took.
He said it took longer than the two hours he charged me for- how much longer did it take him?

Probably, at some point, I really like how this bike rides though, and it's not as if I have a compelling reason to do so at the moment.
It's now 6.71kg, with PC-V mounted, and riding it puts a smile on my face without fail.
