Koya is without a doubt the best place in London for noodles. It's head and shoulders above most other places. They import the wheat specially from Japan and make noodles by hand. Pretty much everywhere else in London just uses dried.

Yes that's doable - though ideally we'd need tables to fold on, I.e in restaurant after meal? Not sure if there would be anywhere suitable in the park? Also might be a bit cold... Cold fingers no good for sharp folds...

Maybe do the origami in the previous restaurant (I imagine it'll take about 10-15minutes) after we've eaten, then head to the gardens? Though up to you Udon Master.
