Don't see why not. It's hardly bleeding edge technology, and I've always found Campagnolo to be if anything more durable than Shimano, particularly at the sub-Record levels. My Chorus groupset keeps on plugging away reliably on my winter bike despite being caked in many months of road grime and muck, at the point where 105 groupsets are getting a bit finicky and upset with the world.
