Actually that's not the worst looking colour scheme...
And check out these beauties...
Though the Catena looks reasonable...

.
I quite like the actual frame (not the forks though) paint, just everything else....

Scott are doing their new Foil frame with Ultegra Di2 for £3.5k
Seems to be the deal of 2012 so far!

Lose the red rims and I'm liking it

The graphics and logo make me actually angry!
WTF was the designer thinking of when asked for a 'retro' Pinarello logo...
...no nothing here...
...too 'old' looking...

For fucks sake.

new is the new old

Those Pinarellos :( first the nose frame and now these. Their old bikes are so pretty.

I like the Catena too but the rest doesn't cut it.

anti, every single one of them... so far

It's so strange isn't it. Are we all just really out of touch or something?
I know Italians can have shocking taste sometimes, but seriously how can they actually produce that stuff.
Does anyone know if they have an email address for feedback?

...too 'old' looking...You're so right. Also even if you were to chose that script, why is it the wrong size, and why isn't it properly centred.

pinarello are clearly aiming at the create market

This hovering Catena is all kind of awesome, not only it look great but actually have a proper handlebar with brake hood, much better.
-
• #46
It looks like a
Chinese* fake Italian bike.*too harsh on the Chinese.

Whyte bikes have design centre near me, and they've been developing some CX frames. I've had a look at a prototype of the race bike (though not ridden as it wasn't my size). A proper UK designed monstercross bike.

lugged semi-compact frame, low profile rims, brake hood, ahead stem, road geo, hell it's a lots better than the fixie skidder we seen on the shop floor (beside the obvious like the Langster, Gary Fisher, etc.).

A proper UK designed monstercross bike.
Is it monstercross if the fork and chainstay clearance is clearly designed for CX (<35mm) tyres? To me, monstercross implies 29x2.0 tyres.

Who knows? but I see your point.
It's got quite a short tt and slack head angle. Setup with wide bars it's designed for real offroad stuff aswell as cx.
someone at Pinarello needs to get sacked.
