what time is the bar opening saturday morning?
My mrs (Bex) and her mate Pip are running the bar. They are going to be serving from 12.00 prompt. No doubt you will be in your sleeping bag at the start of the queue?! Food will be served early from about 8.30am. If you are camping on the site, you will smell some good smells drifting over as Charlie in the Airstream cooks up some lush breakfast stuff and fantastic coffee! Anyone thinking of bringing supplies, don't bother. Our food is excellent quality and reasonably priced. We have worked out some nice menus to keep everyone happy, breakfast/lunch and dinner! As you know, beer is Butcombe Bitter, Ashton Press Cider (lush) and Carling Black Label. If you pester Bex, she will put a shot of smirnoff in your cider for an extra quid!! BOOM! -

Do you have the stuff for a decent veggie breakfast? If not it'll give me a chance to use all this charcoal I didn't use in the summer

***Raffle
***We will be holding a raffle for some cool prizes over the weekend. All players will receive a free raffle ticket in their 'goodie bag'. Extra tickets can be bought for £1 each at the bar. All funds will go towards the costs of funding this tourney.
There will be a prize draw on the Sunday after the final. We have got some cool prizes including a really nice Brev M bike and some excellent Chrome bags. You have to be in it to win it!
Trophy
Andre is providing the trophy for the winning team. Be scared. It is going to be random!
Night Polo
We have tried really hard to get the very best lighting so that we can have some throw-ins on Friday and Saturday night. Having being let down by so many people, we have finally got lighting sorted for one court. This is not going to be comparable to Wembley, but will be good enough to play with.

There will be decent veggie sausages etc at breakfast. Charlie (catering legend) is aware that he needs to be catering for veggies too. Pretty much everything on offer is going to have a veggie alternative. -

Yep, we know about this. It is in the woods on the other side of the river. Any campers not into psy-trance, bring ear plugs! If you wanted to go to it, then you would have to cycle back along the Portway for 2.5 miles, cross at the basin and then back along the cycle path on the other side of the river for 3 miles. -

Is there a way for those of us that aren't going to be at the tourney to buy tickets?

You can email me your requirements (bristolbikepolo@gmail.com) and I will invoice you through PayPal. If you win anything, you will have to cover the cost of postage or collect the prize from Bristol. Any tickets you buy will be entered into the draw with your name and phone number on the back. Winners will be announced on the Sunday and you will be called if you win. -

Woody, Chris and Rich: Your six poles have gone with Jack towards Victoria where Rich is sorting getting them to Bristol. Four Hell's Belles heads have gone too, I believe Rich is taking some of them, any extras we'll try and sell in Bristol (£10 each).

Alright grandpa! The Dugout is long gone, but if you hang out long enough you're sure to bump into someone from Wildbunch. Most people never manage to leave Bristol.
