How do i block people on G+? I have a few people wanting to be in my cirlce (whatever that means) and i dont want them!

Go to their profile, Click "Block" on the left hand menu.
You can't currently remove yourself from their circle but this will prevent them seeing what you post.

Not that I use this, but who is Jason Ring? Just to reiterate, if I don't know you, or have at least had some nice forum banter with you, then it's weird adding me without at least saying hello.
