Essex Afterworkers

Despite 6pt kindly delivering me both a light and a route, I had to bail tonight due to being too exhausted to steer. But I'm doing Essex tomorrow and Kent Thursday if anyone wants to join.

Will these be fixed friendly? And are they loops or train back? Might be in tomorrow, depending on work, probably Thursday :)

Essex is very fixed friendly, Kent has one short sharp beast I'll probably have to walk up, but is fine apart from that. And yep they're loops.

I have found my light and packed my saddlebag and everything this time. Well on it.

Lost the little red rubber shim for my exposure bracket after dropping it off with you at lunch. Sadface. Trying to decide whether it's worth heading in to the office even though I'm not working to see if it's in the car park. Blah.

I might do the pub in Plaxtol with the absurdly strong cider on Thursday if a couple of people come along. It's a bit lumpy on the way out but magnificently spinny riding back (though the cider might have something to do with that)

It's a tiny red piece of rubber. I should really pop in to deal with some colour-matching issues anyway, and if I fail to find it I imagine a few times round with electrical will have a similar effect. Nae bother, just minor irritation.

No worries! I'm planning a new route involving some bleak riverside dual carriageway and a ferry so it might be a bit niche. One good Essex lane though.

Actually that is not the route because the woolwich ferry stops inconveniently early. Hmm

Greenwich is fine too, I just like the ferry. Thought it ran till 9. Ah well, doesn't make a huge amount of difference to the route, just a little less South Circular.

I can't do tonight but can do Thursday and am very up for some absurdly strong cider.

Hmm, if you'd posted it up earlier I could have put it on my Garmin. I put the Cider with Rosie route on, but that seems to be completely different.

Have Garmin at work, have computer, don't think I have the right size USB cable :/

The Cider with Rosie route's actually nicer, just hillier and I was being lazy. Totally happy to do that one though if you have it and you don't mind waiting for me :D

My hip is still iffy. Any chances of running intercept greatly diminished :(
