Yeah I figured I'd end up going to dandy, can't get in there til Friday though and the one that's on it sounds like it's full of gravel

Just try flushing it out with some GT85 or something as a first port of call. Usually frees them up a bit?

Tried it, makes no difference. Not sure whether its the freewheel or the chain. I'll just ride it as is and bring it to dandy when I have time, It'll all be replaced in the next few months anyway
