B/C cutoff is way tougher to decide than the A/B one.

This is hard. You need high and low Bs, and high and low Cs, and match a high B with a low C.

But then you have high and low As as well...

A low A can just be a high B.

Basically, I am on board with you now. The Bs and Cs are hard. There are some players who've been playing a while, know the game, know what to do for the most part, but just need to work on their skillz/whatever. But then there are newbs. These two types of players are not both Cs.

I think this will be a very good tournament.

The way I see it, group A will be only top 7 players. group B will be the rest of them, some middle group and bottom group players, and good league subs. Then C will be the beginners and the rest of the middle/bottom group.

Looking at it, I don't think it will be entirely fair if I stick exactly to league ratings, there will have to be some subjective decisions.

The weather forecast is saying light rain from 1. I hope it doesn't happen, but if it really rains (not just a few showers), we'll have to delay it until after the Euros. For the moment it's still on.

I'll be heading down from about 11 for throw ins, registration at 12, the games will start at 1.
