Average cupcake calories = 200 (according to wiki.answers.com)
Average lager calories per pint = 163 (according to herbal.vitality.info)
Average bitter calories per pint = 182
Average stout calories per pint = 170

*disclaimer I have absolutely no idea if these figures are in any correct - however my gut instinct tells me they are on the interwebz and therefore are correct! Additional disclaimer to the original disclaimer I am known to be a naive fool from time to time and have no knowledge of this shit just did a quick five second search on google.

I have burned 11250 kcal, apparently this is 38 cakes, which makes 1 cake 296 kcal - these are big cakes !!! Where can I buy them from?

I don't really care about the competition, or beating the tossers from bikeradar, (or those on this forum, for that matter...) but I am pleased to have amassed over 300 miles in a week. I'm pretty sure this is a pb. I used to track my mileage for a little while just over a year or two ago, and it was piddling in comparison...summer is awesome.

We are still carrying people who haven't logged any miles. As soon as they do, our points will shoot up, we're already ahead on miles, but only a hundred or so.

However the competition between us and Barclays will be tough to the end I hope, it's been an enjoyable race so far!

We only have spaces now because we are now in the over 50 members group which puts us in 5th place there.

Why are we in the 50+ group the team sheet shows 43 members?

that's no good at all. cull the ineffective members and keep us in the <50...
