Inverse shim should sort it.

Right foot forward is always better, you can use the camber of the road to push against
What if the cranks are left-sided?
You have to ride on the other side of the road.

I'm not allowed to spin meat. Doctors orders.
No track stands or one night stands either. -

Medical science tells us that the best way to determine the dominant or 'boss' leg is to stand with feet together and get a 'mate' to shove a tent peg or other sharp implement into your kidney (either) from behind. The foot you put forward first, before the pain makes you black out and collapse, is on your 'boss' leg.
An inferior method is to put yourself into a situation where people threaten to cut one of your legs off (genuinely or as part of an act, which you must nevertheless believe). The leg you choose to keep, if you are given the choice, is your 'boss' leg.
A question about this - In descriptions for how to enter a track stand, I've read that you should have your 'dominant' or 'leading' leg forward with the cranks horizontal to the ground.
What is your dominant/leading leg?
I am right handed/right footed, but I think my leading leg is my left - I always keep my left foot in the clips and push off with it. I always set my right foot down.

• #172
Just call it the 'front foot' then it doesn't matter which one it is.
-
• #173
Harder than trackstanding is styling out a failed trackstand.
I cannot do either.

Doesn't really work, I automatically put my right foot forward because I'm such a spaz on my L/H side. Me left leg is in fact stronger

Is trackstanding actually an indication of skill at all?
For example i saw someone riding brakless on my commute recently, who tried to stand at a set of lights and had too foot down rather ungraciously, does this mean they really shouldn't have been brakless?
You're just ambifootstrous.
