Oh yeah ! And thank you for "The Knife fight". I really love it !
-
• #753
Oh, and did anyone pick up our voices? A lot of us seems to have left them at the court.

Is now a bad time to tell Alejandro that he's in charge of the bidding process?
I have a trip to Seattle to organize. cough bribesaccepted cough

Missed my plane. Slept in the airport last night.
Awesome weekend. Thanks Degen, I thought we played great. 20 or 21 goals in 7 games by my count. Not too shabby.
Thanks, Alej + BCN for an awesome tourney.
Mad respect to L'Equipe, Synthese and Hooks.
Next year, London.

I've got your cap, Matt.
Shame about the flight.

I thought Emmet should have gotten MVP, but I think they ended up giving it to the guy from Hooks (not Maks, not Woods).
Great work, boy.

^ Quentin from Hooks.
What an amazing weekend, epic apartment, thanks jeanette for sorting it out! The location was really good, got to see some sides of barcelona i had never seen before (esp when I got lost on my own at midnight). Polo was(is) awesome, and great to see some fresh teams put up such a good challenge.
I'm super tired been driving for what seems like forever in crazy storms.
Oh, Alej, brilliant job dude, thanks so much.
And massive thanks to Max and Dave, was great fun, and glad we got to drink loads at least.

Did anyone pick up my head band? I washed it out and left it to dry on court 3.

Otters, do you still have my wrist support? I can't find it in all my junk.

Can we buy space for "LPC" on it?

Quentin, right. Great job to both Quentin and our boy Emmet.

I don't suppose anyone picked up my pads after Sunday night at the throw-in court? I popped by in the morning but they were gone: 661 Race Lite shin/knee pads and (Veggie?) soft elbow pads?

So good to see so many homies, I just want to give a shout. In no order and I'm sorry to those I've missed ... great to see you all, most of you for three years in a row: Oli, Stefan, Mark, Lorenz, Till, Anna, Raoul, Manu, Mario, Luca, Laurent, Hannes, Steffen, Rik, Andy, Eddie, Morgan, Marc, Matthieu, Yorgo, Alej, Lucas.

Yes, thanks for the loan G - will bring it to you.

I also left my 661 knee&shin pads at the court and don't think they found their way to lost property. If anyone knows of their whereabouts, do let me know, though I like to pretend they're now off living a life of luxury on a manky beach amongst the fishermen of Badalona.

Munich would be amazing. This for breakfast every day:
Which of those things on the plate are meant to be food? The two litres of awesome beer I can totally recommend though..

Epic fucking weekend. Had a great time in Barca - I'm absolutely shattered after all the riding, sunbathing, drinking, and, of course, playing. The weather was so damn good it was almost bad.
Thanks so much Agata for organising our stay at that incredible squat and for being an awesome teammate with Antek. Winners of the losers!
I gotta say, London ladies fucking represented large! We had the biggest representation of all with a full ladies team and two ladies majority teams, and there are more where that came from!

Weisswurst (boiled pork sausage), a pretzel, and sweet mustard. It's a traditional Munich breakfast, and despite what it looks like, it's awesome.

Nothing to add - staying with you guys was a blast, the weather was 10/10, London didn't fail to entertain ( even going for a pizza downstairs was worth waiting for all day ) and Tora Tora Tora did some damage on the court.
Oh yeah, and thanks Barcelona and European polo for an amazing tourney. What a bunch. Can't wait to go back.

how many of the teams qualified for the worlds? and how many of those teams are london teams? Sounds like it was a wicked weekend and i think next year i'm gonna have to head down even if it is just to watch!
-
• #774
If I remember correctly there's 12 European places in the worlds? (might be more, 20?)
As the cost of going out there is pretty prohibitive for a lot of people I would imagine any team that can make it to Seattle will get in?!
