  • Indeed, same on London Bridge.

  • And Waterloo bridge

  • saw some barriers on westminster bridge as well, security barriers are like the price of pints, once they go up, they'll never come down...

  • If they moved them 2m off the kerb a lot of commuters would be happy to keep them...

  • Saw someone cycling past Cambridge station on a unicycle.

    Tosser.

  • unicycle

    brakes are death

  • still windy heading west. Only good thing about it is when those cyclists who think their faster than you are as they've ridden behind you, out of the wind, suffering as they overtake only to realise that the gearing they've been using is too big and not being able to sustain it once they have to ride out front...
Makes my day. Now if only I was faster.

on a tailwind note, did get the benefit of it yesterday, hoping to get the same benefits tonight..

  • suffering as they overtake only to realise that the gearing they've been using is too big and not being able to sustain it once they have to ride out front...

THIS! had one the other morning pull out and pass without a 'hello' or 'mornin' (we say these things to each other up here cos there are so few commuters), 2 seconds later i passed him back as the incline increased along with the wind....said 'moooornin'

  • In the wake of the attacks Londoners refuse to change their ways...

Damn straight, i witnessed more of the usual cuntishness this morning on Blackfriars than i ever thought possible.

  • I see him all the time. First time I thought tosser, I have now developed respect.

  • It's the zen like yoga pose as he rode along that made me think he was a tosser.

  • Bikes are dangerous and for cunts, unicycle 50% less cunty and dangerous.

  • Whereas rollerblading along a cycle lane should be punished by insertion of a live badger into the rectal cavity.

  • some days I pass unicycleman going in the opposite direction and then overtake a group of folk wearing really long rollerblades and using ski poles. It's a weird couple of miles on the cycle track between Trumpington and Cambridge station.

  • commute home : somehow in the drops, my sony waterproof phone dropped out - screen full of lines now #noinsurance/10

commute in : rainrainrain and for the first time my goretex jacket gave up the ghost and i got wet
    #claimtheradiator/10

  • Q1 was like a racetrack today.
    caught up in it/10

  • Truth bomb is obvious from @cornelius_blackfoot

security barriers are like the price of pints, once they go up, they'll never come down...

  • Q1 is always a race track

    Maybe that will lure @dubtap

  • Goretex needs refreshing every now and then by washing and tumble drying (failing that a radiator) otherwise it looses its water repellent properties. In case you didnt know.

  • aye - i washed it in techwash a few weeks back and cool iron'ed it too....
might give it another one this weekend.

  • What the fuck is this and why is it going the wrong way down the path?

  • aye - i washed it in techwash a few weeks back and cool iron'ed it too....

might give it another one this weekend.

I've always done my stuff with Techwash to clean and then another wash in TX Direct to beef up the waterproofing.

Also throw in my gloves and arm/leg warmers to give them a helping hand with waterproofing.

  • Losing

    Loosing

  • Election results are in so cycle lanes go the other way now.

  • Trackstanding minding my own business at the lights outside Stepney Green station and two wastemen sitting on docked Boris bikes throw a rolled up newspaper at me. K den
