I do all synthetics on 30. Boiling's not going to change the cleanliness outcome much, but could cause the garment to age prematurely.

Well, I can report that a great way to get a good reception at Tokyo Fixed Gear is to turn up in a forum Jersey; nobody there thinks they're gash, thank-you very much. I think that wins. Oh, and thanks to the guys at TFG for the friendly service.
