Any help on sizing? I wear American Apparel small sized t-shirts. I tried to compare by looking at sizing on the jersey manufacturer's website but numbers really didn't add up.

I'm amused that someone thought a smaller run would end up being less than the original 75 quid cost for the first run. How does one come to that conclusion ?!

You're right I forgot how much I originally paid, but mostly because the ladies jerseys were less than £50 weren't they? And defo only 30'of them.

It depends what you get and where from.
It is possible to do jerseys for £30, and the quality is alright but nothing great. If you want to choose better materials, improved hems, more capable pockets, etc... then you pay more.
My view was always that I'd prefer to order quality items that people kept for a long time and people were really pleased with (function, aesthetics)... and that meant spending more on the base jersey and charging more.
The base milltag jersey, with absolutely no options at all is basically ~£40. Then add VAT, and postage (them to whomever receives them). You're at £50 without doing anything.
Then add a couple of the options to make it nice, and bear in mind that there is always one or two people that drop out so you need to break even on costs on selling approx 10% fewer than you think you do... and voila... you're now spending £60-£70 on a jersey and yet there's no sizeable profit for anyone and it's all risk to whomever organises it.
Oh, and I didn't mention the 20p+2% payment processing charges, etc.
When you do this a few times it's really obvious to see that you get what you pay for, and if you buy a £30-£40 jersey then it is reflected in the quality.
We can order more from Milltag, the artwork is already with them... but the ballpark if everyone pays upfront is going to be near £60 each.
If people want me to run the quote, I'll do so based on the numbers we have... but it really is going to be more than £50. At £50 whomever wants to organise it will lose money.

I hope they're a forumonger.
This raises a worrying possibility.
There could be dozens if not hundreds of fake forumungers out there all now dressed, on the cheap, in second hand forum jerseys.
I don't want to imagine the chaos that could ensure. It could make a mockery of the Spotted thread.

Oh how I've missed the vitriolic satire of the forum...
