Yup the T6 lights with the 4x18650 are very good value - as long as the charger station doesn't set your house on fire - they haven't been thru the expensive CE certification.

Yeah I keep a eye on it when it gets charged but with 4 hours on max brightness ( way too bright for anything with cars around ) and 15 hours on the lowest setting it doesn't get charged all the time

I bought a wide angle lens for it to spread some of that over-the-top lumen to something useful.

I keep building my own wheels to save money but the wheels Arup built me way back when were fucking awesome and made me want to build wheels as good. Which I don't :(

£20.00 per wheel for the build. Supply your own spokes once he's measured the correct size or he can supply at extra cost. Not sure about wheels by post.

Well, had to get caught sooner or later, 5th Chinese carbon delivery to date, these were wheels from CN Carbon. Until now I thought I had it sussed by getting deliveries to my studio, wrong! At least it's only £28....

Ok, well £28 isn't too bad. I'll have to see how I get on..

Arrived at last from CN Carbon, can't find any faults on them and they're perfectly true. They weigh in at 1650g, which I reckon is quite reasonable for 38mm x 23mm clincher rims built on track hubs. It also proves that at least one of the Chinese suppliers will beat a sweatshop employee into custom-building wheels (Carbon Wheels 2011 wouldn't). As an added bonus they came with a 17t sprocket and lockring, how did they know what ratio I was running? Spooky.....
