Charge plug with carbon fork.
Have to says I'm quite happy with mine, however just because it's alu doesn't mean it's light, it's around 10kg stock (with flat pedals).
Big bonus is massive clearance, even when the tyres is at the bottom of the drop out.

Few lovely options up there! I'm thinking SS for muddy days out and alu as it's light. Can't say I've struggled with canti's so far. They're for slowing down not stopping anyway..

Absolutely.
Until you want to stop quickly on your way home from a race.

I just set up a pair of the Shimano CX-50 cantis on my gf's bike and they're amazing, super easy to set up and work really well. As good a my mini-vs but with more modulation

Honestly, none, the only problem is poor brake set-up.
Luckily the Tiagra levers work really well with road disc brakes so it's only a new cable housing short of improving the modulation.
Think about it first, it got CX gearing ( 46/36).

thanks ed, yes I'm aware of the 46/36 chainset
second option is the PX XLS, for which I'd get carbon F&F and Sram rival for £0.01 less than the magic grand

Caadx is ready for mudguards and panniers. I'd take it. 46/36 is perfect for most.

Cheers, got last week, on muddy country lane and byway duty ;)

46/36 is perfect for most.
I must confess I did enjoyed that ratios (until I went touring), what lovely is the small jump that felt like those old chainring (52/42), very instantaneous.

Did the mudguards not foul the wheels all the time?
-

Never mind that. The reflectors must have caught extra mud....
You could try getting hold of a Kona Private Jake frameset. Alu frame with sliding dropouts and full carbon fork.
